Hotel Policies

Smoke free:

All rooms and hotel facilities are smoke-free.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Age restriction:

All guests must be 14 or older.

Meals:

Breakfast for each guest is included in the price.

Pool policies:

Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and garden area.

Deposit:

25% of the booking is required to confirm the reservation. This will act as a deposit for your reservation. Upon checkout, this deposit will be deducted from your total bill.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made with more than 30 days in advance entitle a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of your reservation will be penalized with 100% of your deposit.

• After checking-in, the full amount of the reservation must be paid, even if the check-out date is prior to the one of your reservation.

If you wish to make a change to your reservation, there will be no penalty if made at least 15 days before the date of check-in, otherwise there will be a 1 night penalty. We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability. All reservation changes are subject to rate increases.
